After The World's End

What if the world you knew when you went to sleep last night was not the world you woke up to this morning?

For years, we've heard that the world would end at the turn of the millennium. There's some truth to that, but not the way one might think. A long time ago, there was magic in the world; its existence is recorded in our oldest legends. And then it... went away. What would happen if it came back?

Regenesis is a world where the rules have changed; where the very nature of reality has become almost malleable. Some parts of the world are completely unchanged - and some are no longer recognizable. The same is true of people - there's a theory that some people were actually supposed to be something other than human, but were born human because the world couldn't support anything else. Now it does. And while some creatures have come back into the world of their own accord, many were born human and... Changed.

This world also has multiple stories, two of note: the tentatively titled Apocalypse Dawn, the story of Johanna Macormack, a young woman who has advance warning of the change, and whose intervention saves a city and makes her a hero. And The Jericho Foundation, which takes place ten years later, the story of a group of people dedicated to the protection of non-sentient Changed creatures.
